Installation Options
Callahan brake kits are designed as direct replacements for original-equipment brake components. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s service procedures, use a torque wrench on all fasteners, and bed the brakes in according to the break-in procedure below.
Break-In Procedure
After installation, perform a series of moderate stops from about 30–40 mph without coming to a complete stop. Allow the brakes to cool between stops. Avoid hard panic stops for the first 200 miles so the pads and rotors can properly mate.
Rotor Dimensions
Callahan rotors are engineered to original-equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications for exact fitment.
