How Do I Match Callahan Products to My Vehicle?

The Callahan Brake Finder tool is an easy way to find the exact part you need for your vehicle. Here’s all you have to do:

Step 1: Access the Brake Finder Tool

  • Find “Brake Finder” at the top of this page and click the “Match Your Vehicle” / Select Vehicle button.

Step 2: Enter Your Vehicle’s Information

  • Year: Use the drop-down to select your vehicle’s year.
  • Make: Next, find your vehicle’s make in the list (e.g., Chevrolet, Nissan).
  • Model: The models of your vehicle’s year and make will appear in this drop-down. Choose your vehicle’s model (e.g., Camaro, Rogue).
  • Sub-Model: If the model of your vehicle has a sub-model (e.g., SS, w/ third row seating) select that here.
  • Kit Position: This indicates whether you are looking for a brake kit for the front, the rear, or both the front and the rear.

Step 3: Review Matching Products

  • Review Product Options: Once you have entered all of your vehicle’s information, the Brake Finder will show you the Callahan products that match your specifications.

Review the product options to find the one you need. The product’s details provide information about the kit components and performance features.

Step 4: Choose a Retailer

  • Select a Product: Once you have chosen the product you need, click on the product listing link to see any applicable purchasing options.
  • Choose Retailer: Callahan provides links to multiple retailers that carry the product. Follow any of those links to be directed to the retailer’s website and make your purchase.
Does Callahan Offer a Warranty?

Yes. Callahan brake kits are backed by a 24 month / 24,000 mile warranty plus a 30-day hassle-free guarantee. Keep your proof of purchase and contact customer support if you need help with a warranty claim.

Do Callahan Brake Kits Come with New Hardware?

Yes. Callahan brake kits include the necessary hardware for a complete installation so you can get the job done without hunting for extra parts.

What Is the Break-In Procedure?

After installation, perform a series of moderate stops from about 30–40 mph without coming to a complete stop. Allow the brakes to cool between stops. Avoid hard panic stops for the first 200 miles so the pads and rotors can properly mate.

How Do I Know What Size Brake Rotors I Have?

Use the Brake Finder with your exact year, make, model, submodel, and brake position. Callahan kits are application-specific and match original-equipment rotor dimensions for the vehicles listed.

Do I Need to Make Any Modifications to My Vehicle in Order to Install Callahan Brakes?

No. Callahan kits are designed as direct replacements for original-equipment brake components and are intended to install without vehicle modifications when the correct application is selected.

What if My Vehicle Isn’t Listed in the Brake Finder?

If your vehicle isn’t listed, contact customer support with your year, make, model, submodel, and brake position. We’ll help you check coverage or point you toward the best option.
